Serves 4


2 chilled avocados, pitted and cut into chunks

1 cup unsweetened coconut- or almond-based coffee creamer, plus a little more if necessary for consistency

1/4 cup organic cocoa powder

3 tablespoons maple syrup 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1 cup any fresh berries

4 teaspoons shaved or grated dark chocolate

  1. Combine all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add more creamer until it resembles the consistency of pudding.
  2. Divide into small dessert bowls and garnish with the berries and chocolate
